What is Fit Truk?

Fit Truk is a fully equipped, mobile, outdoor gym.

Are classes group fitness or small group personal training?

Our classes are small group, strength training classes. We can serve any fitness and experience level from notice to expert. 

We believe in the power of community which you will get in the group environment of each class, but as certified personal trainers, we know the effectiveness of strength based workouts for individuals.

Why does it work?

Our approach is grounded in safe, efficient, progressive strength training. Each class consists of movements that train large muscle groups. This approach offers the most efficient and effective use of the time you invest in your classes.  

Who can do it?

Our workout is truly for everyone! Because our approach is grounded in safe, efficient, progressive programming we can progress or regress each workout to meet the needs of the individual. Whether you’re an athlete looking to take your performance to the next level or someone who’s just getting started, we’ve got you. No weight lifting experience needed. 

I've never lifted weights before. Is this for me?

Yes! Each class is run by certified personal trainers and group fitness instructors who are trained to help everyone get the most effective and efficient workouts possible.
